| We will provide you with an initial on-site training and will look after you with ongoing training sessions on-site and at Africa Adventure's head office. An annual meeting of all franchisees will give you the possibility to discuss developments, targets and advertising matters. |

| FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
The franchise agreement follows a standard form which creates uniformity of operation throughout the general body of franchisees. The franchisor's interests dictate that financial controls and restraints of trade be included.
